Your tour begins at the Gettysburg Museum & Visitor Center with the introductory film, A New Birth of Freedom, produced by The History Channel. This film sets the table for the rest of your day.
You’ll also experience the historic Cyclorama: the enormous cylindrical painting that vividly depicts the fire & fury of the infamous battle’s third day.
Then, after lunch, you’ll retrace these hallowed grounds with preeminent battlefield guide, Gar Phillips. Battlefield tours are generally, 2 or 3 hours. Longer tours are available.
